Javier Solana

Francisco Javier Solana Madariaga (born July 14, 1942 in Madrid, Spain) is the High Representative for the Common Foreign and Security Policy (CFSP) and the Secretary-General of both the Council of the European Union (EU) and the Western European Union (WEU).
Javier Solana married with Concepcion Jimenez , is a grand person ,He is a commissioner of the exterior(foreign) relations of the European community, and travels very much, with all the countries that have alun conflict or problem : Iran, EEUU,Vietnan etc...
