human right Human Rights started in the west world as a consequence of the French Revolution,with THE DECLARATION OF THE RIGHTS OF MAN AND THE CITIZEN, following the principles of liberté , egalité and fraternité for all citzens.This was taken as a model for the whole Europe of the time,but unfortunately these principles have not been followed along the centuries.We have the terrible example of the holocaust, where human rights were violated ,or the dictatures such of Franco in Spain, or Mussollini in Italy.In the third world people are exploited, and there are no human rights, and the system is dictatorship.
